Tektronix Increase spectrum analyzer input frequency to 3GHz
The Tektronix MDO3SA is a spectrum analyzer option for the MDO3000 Series Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes, such as the MDO3024. This factory-installed or field-upgradable license enables the spectrum analyzer input on the oscilloscope and increases the maximum input frequency range up to 3 GHz.
