The R&S®HMF2550 is a high-performance arbitrary function generator offering a frequency range from 10 µHz to 50 MHz and an output amplitude from 5 mV to 10 Vpp into 50 ©. It features five standard signal waveforms (sine, square, triangle, ramp, pulse) and arbitrary waveform capability with a 250 Msample/s sampling rate, 14-bit resolution, and 256 kpoint memory. The instrument supports advanced modulation modes including AM, FM, PM, PWM, FSK, as well as sweep and burst functions. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch TFT display for clear signal visualization and provides USB and RS-232 interfaces for remote control and data transfer.
