The R&S®RTO6-B610 (PN: 1802.0230.02) is a 6 GHz bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTO64 oscilloscope, specifically designed for use only in combination with the R&S®RTO64 base model (PN: 1802.0001.04). This option enables a maximum bandwidth of 6 GHz and supports a real-time sampling rate of up to 20 GSa/s per channel. The upgrade includes a comprehensive calibration to ensure measurement accuracy and performance at the extended bandwidth. This option is ideal for advanced signal integrity analysis, high-speed digital design, and RF applications requiring precise capture of fast transients and high-frequency components. The upgrade is factory-installed or can be retrofitted by authorized Rohde & Schwarz service centers.
