The R&S®RT-ZM60 Modular Probe Amplifier (1419.3105.02) is a 6 GHz bandwidth probe amplifier designed for use with Rohde & Schwarz R&S®RTO and R&S®RTE oscilloscopes. It supports MultiMode operation, enabling differential, single-ended, and common mode measurements. The amplifier features a 1.2 m cable, 400 k© differential and 200 k© single-ended input impedance, and includes a ProbeMeter function for precise voltage measurements. The micro button on the probe requires oscilloscope firmware version 3.35 or higher for full functionality. This probe amplifier is part of the R&S®RT-ZM modular probe system, offering high signal fidelity and flexible probing for advanced debugging and analysis tasks.
