The R&S®RT-ZM03 is a 3 GHz modular probe amplifier designed for use with Rohde & Schwarz R&S®RTO and R&S®RTE oscilloscopes. It supports MultiMode operation, enabling differential, single-ended, and common mode measurements. The amplifier features a 1.2 m cable, a differential input resistance of 400 k©, and a single-ended input resistance of 200 k©. It includes a ProbeMeter function for precise voltage measurements and a micro button for convenient operation. Firmware version 3.35 or higher is required for full compatibility. The RT-ZM03 is part of the R&S®RT-ZM modular probe system, offering high signal fidelity and flexible probing for advanced debugging and analysis tasks.
