The R&S®ZNBT-K4 is a software license option for the R&S®ZNBT multiport vector network analyzer, enabling intermodulation measurements on amplifiers and mixers. This option allows users to perform two-tone intermodulation distortion (IMD) measurements, which are essential for characterizing the linearity and performance of active components such as amplifiers and mixers. The software provides automated test routines, result visualization, and supports a wide range of measurement configurations. The R&S®ZNBT-K4 option requires a compatible R&S®ZNBT instrument and is activated via a license key. It is designed to enhance the measurement capabilities of the R&S®ZNBT series for advanced RF component testing.
