Anritsu Option 62; Active Measurements Suite; 4 attenuators
The Anritsu MS4647B-062 is an official factory-installed option for the VectorStar MS4647B Vector Network Analyzer. Option 62, known as the Active Measurements Suite, enables advanced active device characterization capabilities, including gain compression, intermodulation distortion, and noise figure measurements. This option includes four internal attenuators, which enhance measurement flexibility and accuracy for active device testing. The suite is designed to support comprehensive analysis of amplifiers and other active components, providing users with a robust set of tools for R&D and production environments. Option 62 is compatible only with the MS4647B mainframe and must be specified at the time of order.
