Tektronix 16 digital channels for 3 Series Oscilloscopes with digital probe
The Tektronix SUP3-MSO is an upgrade option for the 3 Series MDO Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes, enabling 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis. This option transforms a standard 3 Series MDO into a Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) by adding digital acquisition capability, allowing users to capture and analyze both analog and digital signals simultaneously. The SUP3-MSO includes a TLP058 logic probe, which connects to the oscilloscope and provides the interface for the 16 digital channels. This upgrade is field-installable and is designed to enhance debugging and validation tasks for embedded system designers by providing time-correlated analog and digital signal analysis. The SUP3-MSO is compatible exclusively with the Tektronix 3 Series MDO oscilloscopes.
