The WIZARD Mini-Fuge WZ-MF6000 by Scientific Industries, Inc. is a compact, personal microcentrifuge designed for quick spin-downs of microtubes and PCR strips. It features a quiet, maintenance-free brushless motor and a user-friendly, one-touch operation. The unit accommodates 6 x 1.5/2.0 mL tubes and 2 x 8 x 0.2 mL PCR strips, with a fixed speed of 6,000 RPM (2,000 x g). The WIZARD Mini-Fuge includes a safety interlock system that prevents operation when the lid is open, and its small footprint makes it ideal for any laboratory workspace. The rotor is easily interchangeable without tools, and the unit is supplied with both tube and PCR strip rotors.
