The R&S®RTO6-B600 (part number 1802.0182.02) is a 600 MHz bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTO64 oscilloscope. This option enables a 600 MHz analog bandwidth and supports a maximum real-time sampling rate of 10 GSa/s per channel. It is designed exclusively for use with the R&S®RTO64 base model (part number 1802.0001.04) and cannot be used independently. The option includes all necessary calibration to ensure measurement accuracy and performance as specified by Rohde & Schwarz.
