The Rohde & Schwarz Time-Domain-Scan (part number 1316.3590.02) is a software license option for the R&S®ESR EMI Test Receiver series. This option enables FFT-based time-domain scanning, significantly accelerating EMI measurements by capturing and analyzing a wide frequency spectrum in a single sweep.
