Keysight Technologies Inc. Add Power and DC Bias enhance (20V, 100mA, 40V DC Bias, 2nd DC source)
The Keysight E4980BU-001 is an optional enhancement for the E4980B Precision LCR Meter, providing increased measurement capabilities. This option enables the instrument to supply up to 20V and 100mA of test signal, supports a 40V built-in DC bias source, and adds a second DC source for advanced component characterization. These features are designed to facilitate accurate impedance measurements of components such as capacitors and inductors under higher voltage and current conditions, as well as to evaluate their behavior with applied DC bias.
