The Anritsu MT9085C-053 is an OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) module designed for use with the ACCESS Master MT9085 series. This module supports single-mode fiber (SMF) testing at both 1.31 µm and 1.55 µm wavelengths, enabling precise measurement of fiber length, loss, and event locations. It is intended for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of optical fiber networks, providing high dynamic range and short dead zones for accurate detection of fiber faults and splices. The MT9085C-053 is compatible exclusively with the MT9085C mainframe and is ideal for FTTx, metro, and core network applications.
