Rohde & Schwarz DFS signal generation external PC software required R&S®SMW-B9/B10 required (portable license)
The R&S®SMW-K355 DFS Signal Generation option enables the R&S®SMW200A vector signal generator to generate signals for testing Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) functionality in wireless devices, as required by regulatory standards such as FCC and ETSI. This option requires the R&S®SMW-B9 (Baseband Main Module) or R&S®SMW-B10 (Baseband Extension Module) and operates as a portable license. The DFS signal generation supports the creation of radar test waveforms and sequences for compliance testing of WLAN devices operating in the 5 GHz band. External PC software is required for configuration and control. The solution is designed for precise, repeatable, and automated DFS testing in accordance with official regulatory requirements.
