The NI PXIe-4143 is a high-channel-count, high-speed, precision source measure unit (SMU) with four identical SMU channels per PXI Express slot. Each SMU offers 4-quadrant operation to source or sink up to 24 V at 150 mA. With integrated remote (4-wire) sensing and current measurement sensitivity of 10 pA, the NI PXIe-4143 is ideal for precision measurements including accurate characterization of idle currents.
The NI PXIe-4143 features NI SourceAdapt technology. With this next-generation digital SMU technology, you can customize the SMU response to any given load so you can achieve the optimal SMU response with maximum stability and minimum transient response times.
