The Tektronix TCP0150 is a high-performance AC/DC current probe designed for use with TekVPI® probe interface oscilloscopes. It offers a wide measurement range from 5 mA to 150 A continuous (212 A peak) and a bandwidth of DC to 20 MHz. The probe provides accurate, direct current measurements with a high degree of linearity and low insertion impedance, making it suitable for capturing inrush currents, switching currents, and other transient events.
