Tektronix Tracking Generator
The RSA503A-04 is a tracking generator option for the Tektronix RSA503A Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer. This option enables the RSA503A to perform scalar network analysis by generating a swept RF signal that can be used to characterize the frequency response of RF components, cables, and systems.
