VIAVI Solutions, Inc. Optical launch cable MM 50/125 or 62.5/125 80-120m
The VIAVI 2292-12 is an optical launch cable designed for use with multimode fiber optic testing applications. It supports both 50/125 µm and 62.5/125 µm multimode fibers, providing a launch length between 80 and 120 meters. This launch cable is intended to eliminate the dead zone in OTDR (Optical Time Domain Reflectometer) measurements, ensuring accurate characterization of the fiber link from the very beginning of the fiber. The 2292-12 is compatible with VIAVI's range of fiber optic test equipment and is built to meet industry standards for performance and reliability in field and laboratory environments.
