TREND Networks North America Visual Fault Finder
The TREND Networks VFF5 Visual Fault Finder is a compact, handheld visual fault locator designed for identifying breaks, bends, faulty connectors, or splices in fiber optic cables. It emits a bright red laser (650 nm) that can be seen through most yellow-jacketed fiber cables, making it suitable for both singlemode and multimode fibers. The VFF5 features a rugged, pocket-sized design with a universal 2.5 mm connector, allowing compatibility with SC, ST, and FC connectors. It is ideal for field technicians performing quick continuity checks and troubleshooting fiber optic links.
