It provides galvanically isolated, high impedance differential measurements with a bandwidth of 500 MHz, a maximum differential voltage range of ±50 V (DC + peak AC), and a common mode voltage range up to 2500 V. The TIVP05L is designed for applications requiring precise, low-noise measurements in environments with high common mode voltages, such as power electronics and motor drives. The probe includes a standard accessory kit for flexible connectivity and is compatible with Tektronix oscilloscopes equipped with TekVPI" interfaces.
