Tektronix 200 MHz long cable option galvanically isolated high impedance differential probe with standard accessory kit
The Tektronix TIVP02L is a 200 MHz IsoVu" optically isolated differential probe featuring a long cable option. It provides galvanically isolated, high impedance differential measurements with a 200 MHz bandwidth and a 10-meter probe-to-controller cable, enabling measurements in environments with high common-mode voltages and challenging physical setups. The TIVP02L offers a 2500 V peak differential voltage range, 60 kV peak common-mode voltage range, and a 1 M© input resistance with 8 pF input capacitance. It is designed for use with Tektronix oscilloscopes and comes with a standard accessory kit, supporting applications such as power electronics, motor drives, and wide bandgap semiconductor testing.
