Tektronix Bandwidth upgrade; from 100 MHz to 200 MHz on (2) Analog Channel models of 3 Series oscilloscopes
The SUP3-BW1T22 is a bandwidth upgrade option for Tektronix 3 Series MDO oscilloscopes. This upgrade increases the analog bandwidth from 100 MHz to 200 MHz on models equipped with two analog channels. The upgrade is performed via a software license key, allowing users to enhance the performance of their existing instrument without hardware modifications.
