The Tektronix MDO3014 is a Mixed Domain Oscilloscope that features four analog channels with a bandwidth of 100 MHz and a maximum sample rate of 2.5 GS/s. It includes a built-in spectrum analyzer with a frequency range of 9 kHz to 100 MHz, enabling simultaneous time and frequency domain analysis.
