The Tektronix MDO3SA is an optional hardware and software upgrade for the MDO3000 Series Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes, enabling the integrated spectrum analyzer functionality. When installed, the MDO3SA option increases the spectrum analyzer input frequency range up to 3 GHz, allowing users to perform RF analysis and spectrum measurements directly on the oscilloscope.
