Tektronix 5 YEAR KEITHLEYCARE EXTENDED WARRANTY
The Tektronix 2461-NFP-5Y-EW is a 5 Year KeithleyCare Extended Warranty for the Keithley 2461 Graphical SourceMeter SMU Instrument. This extended warranty provides an additional four years of coverage beyond the standard one-year factory warranty, totaling five years of protection. The plan covers repair or replacement of defective materials or workmanship under normal use, performed by Tektronix factory-trained technicians using genuine parts. The warranty extension helps ensure instrument uptime, reduces total cost of ownership, and provides peace of mind for long-term laboratory or production use. It is available for purchase at the time of instrument sale or within the original warranty period.
