The Sper Scientific 800121 Digital Min/Max Thermometer is designed to simultaneously display current, minimum, and maximum temperatures. It features a large, easy-to-read LCD and includes a remote sensor with a 10-foot cable for monitoring temperatures in refrigerators, freezers, or outdoor environments while the main unit remains indoors. The thermometer measures temperatures from -58 to 158°F (-50 to 70°C) with an accuracy of ±1°C. It is equipped with a memory recall function for min/max readings and a reset button. The unit can be wall-mounted or placed on a flat surface using its built-in stand. Powered by a single AAA battery (included), it is suitable for laboratory, industrial, or home use.
