The Sper Scientific 800024 4-Channel Datalogging Thermometer is a precision instrument designed for simultaneous temperature monitoring using up to four Type K, J, or T thermocouple probes. It features a large backlit LCD that displays all four channels at once, with selectable °C/°F units. The device offers datalogging capabilities for up to 16,000 records per channel, min/max/average readings, differential temperature (T1-T2), and high/low alarms. Data can be transferred to a PC via USB for analysis.
