The R&S®RTO6-B212 (part number 1802.0201.02) is a 2 GHz bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTO64 oscilloscope. This option enables a maximum bandwidth of 2 GHz and supports a real-time sampling rate of up to 10 GSa/s per channel. The upgrade is only available in combination with the R&S®RTO64 base model (1802.0001.04). The option includes factory calibration to ensure measurement accuracy and performance according to Rohde & Schwarz specifications. This bandwidth extension is designed for advanced signal analysis and debugging in high-speed digital and RF applications, providing users with enhanced measurement capabilities and signal fidelity.
