The 1 GHz bandwidth option (part number 1802.0199.02) is an official Rohde & Schwarz accessory designed exclusively for the R&S®RTO64 oscilloscope. This option enables a 1 GHz analog bandwidth and supports a maximum real-time sampling rate of 10 GSa/s per channel. It is only available for use in combination with the R&S®RTO64 base model (1802.0001.04). The option includes full calibration to ensure measurement accuracy and optimal performance. This bandwidth upgrade is ideal for users requiring higher frequency signal analysis and is part of the modular upgrade path for the R&S®RTO6 series, allowing users to tailor their oscilloscope to specific application needs.
