The R&S®RTO6-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1801.6741.02) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTO6 oscilloscope series, enabling 16 digital channels with a maximum input frequency of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of 5 GSa/s. Each channel supports up to 200 MSa. This option allows users to perform mixed signal analysis by simultaneously capturing analog and digital signals, making it ideal for debugging and verifying embedded designs. The option is retrofittable and cannot be combined with the R&S®RTO6-B10 GPIB interface option. It is designed and manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz, ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance with the RTO6 platform.
