The Rohde & Schwarz 1801.3888.02 is a bandwidth upgrade option for the R&S®RTP064 oscilloscope, enabling an increase in bandwidth to 8 GHz. This upgrade is available exclusively through R&S service and includes calibration to ensure optimal performance. The upgrade is applicable only to instruments with serial numbers from 103000 onwards. It is delivered as a software license and must be installed by authorized Rohde & Schwarz service personnel. This ensures compliance with factory specifications and maintains the integrity and accuracy of the instrument.
