The R&S SMW-B1442 is a hardware option for the Rohde & Schwarz SMW200A Vector Signal Generator, providing an extended frequency range from 100 kHz to 40 GHz for RF path A. This option enables advanced signal generation capabilities, including a maximum I/Q modulation bandwidth of 550 MHz (in RF) and support for very short pulse widths, limited only by hardware constraints. The SMW-B1442 is a factory-installed option and cannot be retrofitted after delivery.
