Rohde & Schwarz Improved close in phase noise, frequency option (R&S®SMAB-B106, -B112, -B120) required, not installable post factory (hardware option)
The Rohde & Schwarz 1420.8007.02 is a hardware option for the R&S®SMAB vector signal generator series, specifically designed to provide improved close-in phase noise performance. This option requires the presence of one of the frequency options R&S®SMAB-B106, -B112, or -B120 at the time of order. It is a factory-installed hardware upgrade and cannot be retrofitted after delivery. The improved phase noise performance is critical for applications demanding high spectral purity and low phase noise, such as advanced communications testing and radar signal generation. This option is only available when ordered with a new instrument.
