The R&S®FSW-K4 Enhanced Electronic Attenuator is a software option for the R&S®FSW signal and spectrum analyzer series. This option enables an electronic attenuator with a range from 0 dB to 50 dB in 1 dB steps for up to two RF inputs, allowing for precise and rapid attenuation adjustments without mechanical switching. The timed license version (3 months) provides temporary access to this feature, which is particularly useful for applications requiring frequent attenuation changes, improved measurement speed, and reduced wear compared to mechanical attenuators. The option is activated via a software key and is compatible with supported FSW models.
