Rohde & Schwarz Memory upgrade to 100 Msamples per channel (software license)
The R&S®RTB2K-100M (1337.9500.02) is a software license option for the R&S®RTB2000 digital oscilloscope series from Rohde & Schwarz. This upgrade increases the acquisition memory depth to 100 Msample per channel, enabling users to capture longer signal sequences at high resolution. The extended memory is particularly beneficial for debugging and analyzing complex signals, as it allows for detailed inspection of long data streams without sacrificing sample rate. The license is activated via a key code and does not require hardware changes.
