The R&S®RTA-B1 Mixed Signal Option (1335.7823.03) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTA4000 oscilloscope series, enabling mixed signal analysis capabilities. This option adds 16 digital channels to the oscilloscope, supporting a maximum input frequency of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 5 GSa/s. Each digital channel can acquire up to 200 MSa, allowing for comprehensive analysis of both analog and digital signals in embedded designs. The option is delivered as a hardware module with an unregistered license, requiring activation for use. It is ideal for debugging and verifying complex digital and mixed-signal circuits.
