The R&S®RTA-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1335.7823.02) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTA4000 oscilloscope series, enabling mixed signal analysis capabilities. This option adds 16 digital channels to the oscilloscope, allowing simultaneous acquisition and analysis of both analog and digital signals. It supports a maximum digital channel bandwidth of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of up to 5 GSa/s, with a memory depth of 200 MSa per channel. The R&S®RTA-B1 is designed for advanced debugging and verification tasks in embedded design, providing precise timing correlation between analog and digital domains. The option is installed as a hardware module and is fully integrated with the oscilloscopes user interface for seamless operation.
