The R&S®ZNA67 hardware option 1332.5113.53 provides direct source monitor access for port 1 and port 3 before the source step attenuator. This option is designed specifically for the R&S®ZNA67 vector network analyzer with 4 ports. It enables users to access the source signal directly, which is beneficial for advanced measurement setups and calibration tasks. The option requires the presence of R&S®ZNA67-B16, R&S®ZNA67-B23, and R&S®ZNA67-B21 hardware options. It is available as a B-option ex factory only and can be retrofitted using ZNAxx-Uxx.
