The R&S®RTO-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1326.3558.03) is a hardware upgrade for the R&S®RTO digital oscilloscopes, providing 16 digital channels with a bandwidth of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of 200 MSa/s per channel. This option enables simultaneous analysis of analog and digital signals, making it ideal for debugging mixed-signal designs. It is retrofittable and compatible with R&S®RTO oscilloscopes with ID: 1329.7002.xx. The option is delivered as hardware and includes an unregistered license. It cannot be combined with the R&S®RTO-B10 GPIB Option. The R&S®RTO-B1 enhances the oscilloscopes capability for comprehensive signal integrity analysis and protocol debugging in embedded system development.
