The R&S®RTO-B1 Mixed Signal Option (part number 1326.3558.02) is a hardware upgrade for R&S®RTO digital oscilloscopes, enabling 16 digital channels with a maximum input frequency of 400 MHz and a sampling rate of 5 GSa/s. Each channel supports up to 200 MSa/s. This option is retrofittable and compatible with R&S®RTO oscilloscopes identified by ID: 1329.7002.xx. It allows simultaneous acquisition and analysis of analog and digital signals, making it ideal for debugging mixed-signal designs. Note that this option cannot be combined with the R&S®RTO-B10 GPIB interface option.
