The R&S®FSWP-B60 cross correlation hardware option (part number 1325.3719.26) is designed for the R&S®FSWP26 phase noise analyzer, enabling cross correlation measurements from 1 MHz to 26 GHz. This option significantly improves phase noise sensitivity by allowing the analyzer to use two independent signal paths and correlate their results, thereby reducing the instrument's own noise contribution. The R&S®FSWP-B60 is ideal for applications requiring ultra-low phase noise measurements, such as oscillator and synthesizer characterization. The option includes the R&S®FSWP-B4 low phase noise reference oscillator, but does not include the R&S®FSWP-B60 hardware itself, which must be ordered separately.
