The R&S®FSWP-B62 (part number 1322.9900.28) is a dedicated signal source designed for additive phase noise measurements with the R&S®FSWP8 and FSWP26 phase noise analyzers. It covers a frequency range from 10 MHz to 8 GHz or 26 GHz, depending on the main unit, and provides output level adjustment in 0.1 dB steps for precise measurement setups. The B62 option is specifically engineered to enable accurate additive phase noise characterization of amplifiers and other components. It requires the installation of either the R&S®FSWP-B60 or R&S®FSWP-B61 hardware option in the main instrument. This signal source is an official accessory, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance with the FSWP series.
