The National Instruments PXIe-4163 is a 24-channel, 100 pA precision source measure unit (SMU) designed for high-density, high-precision automated test applications. It provides 24 independent SMU channels in a single PXI Express slot, each capable of sourcing and measuring voltage up to 24 V and current with 100 pA resolution. The PXIe-4163 features advanced measurement capabilities, including 4-quadrant operation, remote sensing, and programmable output and measurement ranges.
