Keysight Technologies Inc. Upgrade channel 4 baseband generator memory from 256 Msa to 512 MSa (M05)
The Keysight N5186AU-7MJ is an official factory upgrade option for the N5186A MXG X-Series Vector Signal Generator. This upgrade increases the channel 4 baseband generator memory from 256 mega-samples (MSa) to 512 mega-samples (MSa), enabling longer waveform playback and enhanced signal generation capabilities. The upgrade is designated as option M05 and is intended to expand the instrument's memory capacity for advanced test scenarios, such as complex modulation schemes and extended waveform sequences. This option is installed by Keysight and is compatible only with supported N5186A configurations.
