The Keysight MSOV164A is part of the Infiniium V-Series oscilloscopes, offering 16 GHz analog bandwidth and up to 80 GSa/s sample rate on 2 channels (or 40 GSa/s on 4 channels). It features four analog channels and 16 digital channels for mixed signal analysis. The oscilloscope is designed for high-speed digital and serial data analysis, providing advanced triggering, deep memory, and a large 15-inch XGA display. The MSOV164A supports a wide range of protocol decode and compliance applications, and includes hardware-accelerated waveform processing for fast update rates and responsive operation. It is suitable for applications in high-speed serial bus testing, jitter analysis, and signal integrity validation.
