The Keysight DSOX4154G is a 4-channel digital storage oscilloscope from the InfiniiVision 4000 X-Series, offering a bandwidth of 1.5 GHz and a maximum sample rate of 5 GSa/s per channel. It features a 12.1-inch capacitive touch screen for intuitive operation, segmented memory, advanced waveform math, and a wide range of serial protocol analysis options.
