The Keysight B1500AU-030 is an upgrade option for the B1500A Semiconductor Device Analyzer, enabling the addition of the B1530A Waveform Generator/Fast Measurement Unit (WGFMU) module with two Remote Sensing Units (RSUs). The B1530A WGFMU provides high-speed pulsed and arbitrary waveform generation and measurement capabilities, supporting advanced device characterization such as transient and pulsed IV measurements. The two included RSUs allow for remote sensing to minimize measurement errors due to cable resistance, ensuring accurate and reliable results. This upgrade enhances the B1500A's flexibility for a wide range of semiconductor test applications.
