Instek America Corp. 20 MHz, Single Channel Arbitrary Function Generator
The AFG-3021 is a 20 MHz, single channel arbitrary function generator from Instek America Corp., part of the AFG-3000 Series. It features a 16-bit vertical resolution, 250 MSa/s sampling rate, and a 10 Mpts memory depth for arbitrary waveform generation. The instrument provides standard waveforms such as sine, square, ramp, pulse, noise, and DC, as well as user-defined arbitrary waveforms. It includes a 4.3-inch TFT LCD display, USB host/device and LAN interfaces, and supports modulation functions like AM, FM, PM, FSK, and PWM.
