The Guildline Instruments 6535-XPR-S16-R6-CIS is a high resistance measurement system that integrates the 6535 High Resistance Measurement System with the XPR TeraOhm-Bridge Meter, a 16-channel scanner, the 6636-6 Low Thermal Matrix Scanner, and a CIS (Current Injection System). This configuration is designed for automated, high-accuracy resistance measurements from 100 k© up to 100 P©. The system provides advanced features such as automated channel selection, low thermal EMF switching, and precise current sourcing, making it suitable for calibration laboratories and research applications requiring ultra-high resistance measurements.
