The Fluke 117 Electrician's Multimeter is designed for demanding settings such as commercial buildings, hospitals, and schools. It features integrated non-contact voltage detection, AutoVolt automatic AC/DC voltage selection, and low input impedance to prevent false readings caused by ghost voltage. The meter offers True-RMS for accurate measurements on non-linear loads, a large white LED backlight for working in poorly lit areas, and measures 10 A (20 A overload for 30 seconds). It is CAT III 600 V safety rated and includes Min/Max/Average to record signal fluctuations.
